[en] After an examination of the literary evidence on parchment notebooks containing medical recipes, this paper provides a repertoire of the small-format Greek medical parchment codices from Byzantine Egypt. The internal and external characteristics of these manuscripts are compared, in an effort to gather information on their context of production and use. [fr] Après avoir examiné les témoignages littéraires sur les carnets de parchemin contenant des recettes, la contribution répertorie les codices médicaux grecs de petit format en parchemin dans l’Égypte byzantine et compare leurs caractéristiques externes et internes en vue de réunir des informations sur leur contexte de production et d’utilisation.
